"Had a great experience with mickayla each and every time I talk with her paying my bill. She is very helpful in so many different ways with the company she is very polite very knowledgeable of what she's doing for the company. They should be very proud of her and her work performance anytime I have a question which is a few lately she's always got the correct answer and goes out of her way to explain it to where you exactly know what she's talking about. "Not sure why this agent is getting all these reviews Ever since I signed up with state farm it has been a nightmare. I asked for the agent Thomas to call me . That was last week no response They are shying away from callong me. They do not want to answer the question Plus they had my insurance mixed up with my mother in laws. Review one star. You said I should reach out to you. I did and you have not called me back ."
